Hello everyone, I will attach the resources here that are linked in the home learning grid for the week beginning Monday 25th May. As always there is no pressure to use these resources, they are there if you would like to use them to support your child’s learning. Do what works for you and your family at home. Thank you to everyone for engaging with Teams in the last week. This week I will add a sharing channel that will allow the children to share what they have been doing at home. Hello P3!
Great to see so many of you are now active on Teams and managing your daily check in. It was fantastic to see the Questions channel being used yesterday so thank you to everyone who was involved in that. Thank you also for the feedback about the spelling video. I’m glad you found it useful.
From next week I will be adding a “Sharing” channel to our P3 site. This will be a place to post photos of your work, tell us about an activity you have been doing etc. You will also be able to post a comment or an emoji if you like someone else’s post.
Home learning activities will also be posted on Teams from next week. I will make a video to show you where these will be saved and how you can access them.

Good morning P3!
Well done to everyone who took part in the shape challenge on Sumdog yesterday. You all did really well! 6 people had accuracy rates that were higher than 90% and they were Aaron, Caitlin G, Callum, Harris, Holly and Sylvie – fantastic effort, well done!
Some parents have asked for clarification about spelling so I have posted some information on the “Questions” channel in Teams.

Good morning everyone. I have posted a little video on Teams that will hopefully help with the daily check in. It is great to see so many of you are remembering to check in each day. It is important that we get in the habit of this.
I have set up a shape challenge on Sumdog today so if you want to play along you can log in after 9am. I can track your answers and I will be looking to see who has the greatest number of correct answers. The challenge finishes at 3.15pm. Good luck!
I have used coins for this week’s spelling challenge. The 20p is for consonants and the 1p is for vowels. I look forward to seeing your guesses!
